Insbesondere das Kompaktieren von Litzen sowie das Widerstandshartl\u00f6ten von Kupferverbindungen stellen zentrale Schl\u00fcsseltechnologien dar, um geringe \u00dcbergangswiderst\u00e4nde, hohe Stromtragf\u00e4higkeit und kompakte Bauformen zu realisieren.<br>Im Mittelpunkt dieses Workshops steht die praxisnahe Vermittlung und Demonstration dieser Prozesse. Ziel ist es, ein fundiertes Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr zu schaffen, wie sich die Verfahren in der Anwendung verhalten, welche Stellgr\u00f6\u00dfen entscheidend sind und wo typische Grenzen liegen.<br>Neben einer kompakten Einf\u00fchrung in Anwendungsfelder, Werkstoffe und Anforderungen werden insbesondere folgende Themen behandelt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u0084 Anforderungen an Hochstromverbindungen (\u00dcbergangswiderstand, Dauerstromf\u00e4higkeit, Bauraum)<br>\u0084 Typische Geometrien von Litzen, Leitern und Stromschienen<br>\u0084 Prozessmechanismen beim Kompaktieren und Widerstandshartl\u00f6ten<br>\u0084 Einfluss von Strom, Kraft, Zeit und Temperaturf\u00fchrung auf das Prozessergebnis<br>\u0084 Typische Fehlerbilder und deren Ursachen (z. B. unzureichende Verdichtung, Benetzungsprobleme, \u00dcberhitzung)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf den Live-Demonstrationen, bei denen die Prozesse unter realit\u00e4tsnahen Bedingungen gezeigt werden. Die Teilnehmer erhalten direkte Einblicke in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u0084 den Zusammenhang zwischen Parametereinstellung und Bauteilqualit\u00e4t<br>\u0084 die praktische Umsetzung an industriellen Anlagen<br>\u0084 die Grenzen der Verfahren im Hinblick auf Geometrie, Material und Prozessstabilit\u00e4t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Erg\u00e4nzt werden die Inhalte durch Expertentipps aus der industriellen Praxis, die konkrete Hinweise zur Prozessauslegung, Anlagenintegration und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung geben.<br>Ziel des Workshops ist es, den Teilnehmern ein praxisorientiertes Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Kompaktier- und L\u00f6tprozesse in Hochstromanwendungen zu vermitteln und sie bei der sicheren Umsetzung in der industriellen Fertigung zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Teilnahme an dem Anwenderworkshop fallen keine Geb\u00fchren an.
