Im Mittelpunkt stehen das R\u00fchrreibschwei\u00dfen sowie das Orbitalreibschwei\u00dfen. Die Teilnehmenden lernen die technologischen Grundlagen, die charakteristischen Prozessabl\u00e4ufe und die besonderen Potenziale dieser Verfahren f\u00fcr das F\u00fcgen anspruchsvoller metallischer Werkstoffe und Mischverbindungen kennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Materialpr\u00fcfungsanstalt der Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart (MPA) vermittelt dabei ihre langj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrungen aus Forschung, Entwicklung und industrieller Anwendung. Festk\u00f6rperf\u00fcgeverfahren gewinnen insbesondere im Leichtbau und in der Elektromobilit\u00e4t zunehmend an Bedeutung. Da die Werkstoffe w\u00e4hrend des F\u00fcgens nicht aufgeschmolzen werden, lassen sich typische Herausforderungen schmelzbasierter Schwei\u00dfverfahren, wie eine ausgepr\u00e4gte Porenbildung, Hei\u00dfrisse oder ein hoher thermischer Verzug, deutlich reduzieren. Dadurch er\u00f6ffnen sich neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr das zuverl\u00e4ssige F\u00fcgen moderner Aluminiumlegierungen, hochfester Werkstoffe und unterschiedlicher Werkstoffkombinationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Workshop erhalten die Teilnehmenden einen praxisnahen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Grundlagen und Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten moderner Solid-State-F\u00fcgeverfahren. Im Mittelpunkt stehen das R\u00fchrreibschwei\u00dfen und das Orbitalreibschwei\u00dfen; erg\u00e4nzend k\u00f6nnen weitere Verfahren vorgestellt werden. Behandelt werden zentrale Prozessgr\u00f6\u00dfen, Anforderungen an Werkstoffe, Bauteile und Anlagentechnik sowie deren Einfluss auf die Verbindungseigenschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf m\u00f6glichen Anwendungen im Karosserieleichtbau und in der E-Mobilit\u00e4t. Dabei werden technische Potenziale, typische Einsatzfelder und relevante Randbedingungen der Verfahren betrachtet. Die Verbindung von Theorie und Praxis bildet einen zentralen Bestandteil des Workshops. Ausgew\u00e4hlte F\u00fcgeverfahren werden im realen Betrieb vorgef\u00fchrt und hinsichtlich ihrer Prozessabl\u00e4ufe und Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten erl\u00e4utert. Gerne k\u00f6nnen auch eigene Bauteile, Fragestellungen oder Anwendungsf\u00e4lle der Teilnehmenden in die Diskussion einbezogen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziel des Workshops ist es, den Teilnehmenden ein fundiertes Verst\u00e4ndnis moderner Festk\u00f6rperf\u00fcgeverfahren zu vermitteln und aufzuzeigen, wie diese f\u00fcr innovative, leichte und belastbare Bauteile im Fahrzeugbau und in der Elektromobilit\u00e4t eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teilnehmer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieure sowie technische Fachkr\u00e4fte aus Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Fertigung und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mitarbeitende aus Karosseriebau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Batterietechnik und Elektromobilit\u00e4t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fachkr\u00e4fte aus Werkstofftechnik, Schwei\u00dftechnik und F\u00fcgetechnik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mitarbeitende aus Forschung und Entwicklung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projektverantwortliche und Entscheider, die den Einsatz von Festk\u00f6rperf\u00fcgeverfahren bewerten oder einf\u00fchren m\u00f6chten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anwenderinnen und Anwender, die ihr Wissen zum R\u00fchrreibschwei\u00dfen oder Orbitalreibschwei\u00dfen vertiefen m\u00f6chten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeitende und Promovierende mit Bezug zu Leichtbau, F\u00fcgetechnik und Elektromobilit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Standort:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MPA Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart, 70569 Stuttgart (Vaihingen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kosten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Teilnahme an dem Anwenderworkshop fallen keine Geb\u00fchren an.
